Great run tourney... other than paying out till 6th place ..but I guess I voiced my opinion on that!!
For the future my vote is on pay out 1 through 3. Not more no matter how many signups. Sorry 4th place but you don't get more than a handshake. Keep the money together and more people from other states start thinking coming down since the prize money is high!!
Great competition though, best I have seen in a long time here in Phoenix..next time get your butts down there David and Guy and sign up.

the one year i played in the league i had a 3.5 rating.
Somehow Billy decided to just give me something like a five something, what do you have me at? Maybe you can post the list?
I think Dan's points are ok as they at least have some basis.
As you probably know from my latest posts I don't like random decided stuff (whoever wants me to go into details and point fingers let me know, I won't be shy!). They are lots of people who don't come out on Saturday because of that shit going on.
Also I have heard some players with higher ratings won't come as they know they are teamed up with newbies.
But you probably know that when you decided for a high low and accounted for that.
I will show up and support your tourney, thanks for putting the effort in to run a tourney. You are the man! |
