Jim, the only place I know of is "The Green Room" . It's downtown. They have (or had) a T-3000. I haven't seen another one around there. Uptown billiards used to have one. I think Flagstaff Brewery's Brewhouse Pub needs one, it's a nice place. The bar in the Monte Vista Hotel (downtown) had a couple of T-2000s for years but they weren't there the last time I visited.
