John -

Might I suggest to start the Singles first. You have guys traveling and it is a bit more enticing to travel if you have two events. Furthermore the singles takes longer starting it later may not work out. Also some of the guys only want to play the doubles, getting there that early may not be entirely possible for some people. I would suggest run the singles at one and the doubles at 4. We have started later than that in the past and were able to finish easily.

I will be there either way, looking forward to the tourney.

Singles Signup start noon Singles starts at 1pm.
Bring your partner, signup starts at 5pm BYP starts Promptly at 6pm
Entry Fees
$15 Pro and Semi Pro
$10 Amatuer and Beginner
All players welcome
3 Tornado T3000 tables
Trophy Scoring method: "Trophy points" will be tallied for the event by totaling the prize money awarded to all players from each city. The team/city with the most points wins the trophy.
